ProfileWorking in the Library, Information, and information Technology, professions over the last 35 years I have, like many, seen massive change in the way we deliver services and an evolution in the systems that underpin those services. Starting off at Howick Public Library as a shelver I have worked across most sectors, gathering professional qualifications and registration on the way, having arrived back in the public sector I finding it in good heart - but facing many challenges. Over the years I have been involved in both the Hikuwai (secretary 2005 -2006) and the Otago and Southland (2013 -2015) Regional Committees of LIANZA. Currently I am Chair Elect of the APLMRoleMember of Future of Libraries Workforce Development Group 2016
