The Te Tōtara, Workforce Capability Framework (https://natlib.govt.nz/librarians/reports-and-research/library-sector-workforce-capability-framework-project) is available as a free resource on the National Library of New Zealand website.

Te Tōtara is designed to help kaimahi working in the library sector think about their current level of knowledge and capability, identify areas of growth, to strengthen a diverse library and information sector workforce.
