LIANZA has a few different projects on the go in this area, and we're really excited about how they are turning out.
Firstly - Kōtuku - our emerging leaders programme kicked off this year with the first cohort. This has gone well and we will be advertising for the second cohort in early October.
On the remuneration front we are working with Strategic Pay to provide current remuneration data for the sector to our members. This will assist you in advocating for your own pay.
Our Future Skills working group has put together a group of resources that allow individuals to identify the skills they might be lacking and come up with a workplan to develop these.
In order to help people access a wider range of CPD we now have a searchable training resources sections on our website that will let you uncover a wide range of courses across BOKs and resource types, and has a keyword search that can help you target specific skills.
Finally on the Professional Registration front we are completing a review of the scheme to ensure it is future proof.
